Delivery

Your order will be shipped the same or next business day after you have placed it. We ship orders placed before 2 PM on the same day they are ordered. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. When you complete your payment, you will have the option to choose delivery to your home* or delivery to a parcel shop near you. If home delivery is not possible, the package will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop. You will receive an email/SMS about where the package can be picked up.

We offer delivery with dao, Bring, and GLS, which are Denmark's highest-rated shipping companies. You can always track your package on dao's own tracking page, Bring's own tracking page or GLS's own tracking page.

You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

If you are missing your pickup code for your dao shipment, you can retrieve it here, provided that a correct mobile number is linked to the package from your side. Pickup codes are not required to collect GLS packages.

Any returns can be made by following the instructions in our Return Portal.
