Payment

Rennoa ApS accepts payment with all major credit and debit cards, including VISA and Mastercard.

We do not charge card fees.
The amount is only charged to your card when the item is shipped.

Reservation of the amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) We charge the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released in accordance with the agreement with your card issuer.

You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped the same or the next business day after you place it. Orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 2-8 business days, depending on where in Europe your order is shipped from. When completing your payment, you will have the option to choose delivery to your home or to a pick-up point near you. If delivery to your door is not possible, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point. You will receive an e-mail/SMS with information on where the parcel can be collected.

We ship with UPS. You can always track your parcel on UPS's own tracking page. You will receive your tracking number by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping is free on all products at rennoa.eu for orders over 70,00 EUR. For orders under 70,00 EUR, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

The period means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can, for example, send an e-mail to contact@rennoa.eu or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of these terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Returns

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. Please use our return portal.

You must pay for the return shipping yourself, and you are responsible for any damage that occurs during transport. It is possible to purchase a return label from us for 7,00 EUR, which will be deducted from your refund.

The condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and functioning, you may only receive part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the item's commercial value, and in some cases this may mean that you only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a decrease in the item's value.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has decreased in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice that you wish to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money using the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Satisfaction guarantee

In addition to the above right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

The satisfaction guarantee means that you can return the item and get your money back if you are not satisfied with our product, regardless of whether the item has been used. The product must of course be intact. To make use of the satisfaction guarantee, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you do not want the item and that you are making use of the satisfaction guarantee. You must pay for the return shipping yourself, and the item must be returned no later than 14 days after you have notified us. Once we have received the product back, we will refund the purchase amount.

Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have a right of complaint for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired or replaced, receive a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in appropriate packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for the shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

Complaint options

If you as a consumer wish to complain about your purchase, please contact our customer service at contact@rennoa.eu. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can submit a complaint to Nævnenes Hus (the Danish Appeals Boards Authority), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via the Complaint Portal of Nævnenes Hus.

To be able to file a complaint, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least 1,220 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least 790 DKK. A fee is charged for having the complaint processed.

If you live in an EU country other than Denmark, in Norway or in Iceland, you can also contact the European Consumer Centre (ECC) in your country for guidance on cross-border complaints.
