Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee is a supplement to your statutory right of withdrawal.

The satisfaction guarantee means that you can return the item and get your money back if you are not satisfied with our product, regardless of whether the item has been used.

To use your satisfaction guarantee, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you do not want the item and that you are using the satisfaction guarantee.

You must pay for the return shipping yourself, and the item must be sent back no later than 14 days after you have notified us.

Once we have received the product back, we will refund the purchase amount.

How to return:

To return a product, you can follow the instructions in our Return Portal. Once we have received the item, we will refund your amount. You can order a return label through us for 50 DKK, which will be deducted from the refund.
